What Jev does in the matching pipeline
TypeSafe AI describes Jev as a structured decision model. ReplySignal uses it for one focused decision at a time: how well a Reddit post matches the monitor you described.
Input: your brief and the post
The matcher receives the monitor description plus the Reddit post title and body. It does not need your product details to score the post.
Decision: topic or reply fit
A monitor without drafts checks whether the post fits the topic. A monitor with drafts checks whether the post describes a current need worth replying to.
Output: a numeric score
ReplySignal shows the score with a link to the original post. Jev does not write a match explanation; optional reply drafts use a separate generation model.
Common questions
Does Jev explain why a post matched?
No. In this workflow Jev produces a numeric match score. ReplySignal displays the score and the original post, without inventing a written explanation.
Can I change the communities later?
Yes. You can add or remove subreddits when editing a monitor.
