AI analysis results, embeddings, match scores, generated draft angles, and usage events may be stored so we can operate quotas, reuse analysis safely, and recover interrupted processing.

We use data to provide monitoring, signal ranking, draft generation, dashboard views, billing, customer support, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

ReplySignal does not auto-post to Reddit or other platforms. Drafts are prepared for human review, and you decide whether to copy, edit, and publish them from your own account.

We may use infrastructure, database, AI, embedding, payment, analytics, and messaging providers to run the product. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.

If you connect Telegram, Discord, Stripe, or another supported integration, we use the credentials or destination details needed to send notifications, manage billing, or complete the requested workflow.

We keep operational records, evidence chains, and usage events for as long as needed to provide the product, maintain billing records, debug processing, enforce quotas, and meet legal obligations.

You can request deletion of account or workspace data. Some logs, payment records, public-source evidence, or security records may be retained when required for compliance, dispute handling, or service integrity.

We use access controls, transaction boundaries, and production infrastructure controls designed to protect service data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

Data may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate. By using ReplySignal, you understand that data may move across borders as part of normal service delivery.

You can update preferences in the dashboard, disconnect notification channels, manage billing through the billing portal, or contact us about access, correction, export, or deletion requests.

Public source content belongs to the platform or author that published it. Requests about removal from the original platform should be directed to that platform.
