Terms of Service

Last updated: June 26, 2026

These terms govern access to ReplySignal, including the public site, dashboard, signal analysis, draft generation, billing, and notification features.

Using ReplySignal

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use ReplySignal only for lawful business, research, support, and product intelligence workflows.

You are responsible for the intents, monitored sources, notification destinations, prompts, feedback, and reply content you create or publish after reviewing ReplySignal drafts.

Human review and platform compliance

ReplySignal provides analysis, evidence, and draft suggestions. It does not guarantee that any draft is accurate, appropriate, compliant, or accepted by a third-party platform.

You must review every draft before use and follow the rules, API terms, community guidelines, disclosure requirements, and anti-spam policies of each platform where you act.

Acceptable use

Do not use ReplySignal to spam, harass, impersonate, scrape unlawfully, evade platform limits, generate deceptive endorsements, target protected classes unfairly, or violate applicable laws.

We may suspend or limit access if usage creates operational risk, violates these terms, harms third parties, or threatens the reliability of the service.

Plans, quotas, and billing

Plans may include limits for active monitors, monitoring sources, analyzed content, and related product features. Analysis may pause when plan limits are reached until quota resets or the workspace upgrades.

Paid plans are billed through supported payment adapters such as Stripe or Creem. Fees, renewal timing, taxes, cancellation behavior, and refunds are handled through the active billing flow shown at purchase.

Third-party services

ReplySignal depends on third-party platforms and providers for source content, hosting, AI analysis, embeddings, payments, and notifications.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, content changes, moderation decisions, API restrictions, payment processor issues, or notification delivery failures outside our control.

Intellectual property

ReplySignal and its software, design, workflows, and brand remain our property or the property of our licensors.

You retain responsibility for your product data, source configurations, feedback, and final replies. Public-source excerpts remain subject to the rights and terms of the original platforms and authors.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ReplySignal is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect classification, complete source coverage, or guaranteed business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplySignal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product, providers, laws, or business model change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
